These Terms govern your use of spicyjourney.fun (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service contains explicit sexual content intended solely for consenting adults. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that it is legal for you to view such content in your location. The Service is for private, personal use between consenting adults.
Because a number of U.S. states have enacted age-verification laws for adult content, the Service is not available to visitors located in those states, and access from them is blocked. As of the last update, these states are: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. This list may change as laws take effect or are repealed. If additional states (or other jurisdictions) enact similar age-verification or access laws, access from those locations may be blocked at any time, with or without notice. Because these restrictions are imposed by law and outside our control, no refunds will be issued if the location you are in later becomes blocked and you lose access as a result. Availability is determined by where you are each time you use the Service, not where you were when you purchased: an access code bought in an available state will not work while you are in a blocked state (for example, while traveling), and resumes working when you return to an available location. This also applies to the Service when added to a home screen.
If you submit an idea "for review," you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, adapt, and include it in the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit it. We are not obligated to use, keep, or credit any submission.
Premium features may be unlocked with a one-time purchase that issues an access code. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor subject to their terms. An access code unlocks the described features and syncs your library; it is for your personal use and should not be shared, resold, or published. Prices and features may change.
Refunds. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 24 hours, all sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. A refunded purchase, or a payment that is disputed or charged back, deactivates the access code on every device where it is used.
The Service, including its design, text, and the curated ideas, is owned by us and protected by law. Aside from your personal use of the Service, you receive no rights to it.
The ideas are suggestions for consenting adults and are provided for entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Some ideas involve physical activity or restraint; participate only with enthusiastic mutual consent, use common sense, agree on limits and a way to stop, and never do anything that risks harm. You are solely responsible for how you use the ideas.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, US $10).
We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, at any time, including for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona for any dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
